One South Euclid’s Mini-Grants 2025
This grant provides funding to South Euclid residents and local groups for community projects that enhance neighborhood beautification, organize events, or strengthen community ties.
Description
One South Euclid offers Mini Grants of up to $500 to support grassroots projects that promote neighborhood beautification, community events, or initiatives that strengthen the South Euclid, Ohio community. The program is designed to encourage collaboration among residents, local organizations, and business groups, including youth-led efforts, to create visible, meaningful improvements or events in the community.
Eligibility is open to South Euclid residents applying on behalf of a group or organization, groups of local businesses, and organizations located within the city. Youth-led initiatives are encouraged to apply. Groups do not need to be formally established organizations or have 501(c)(3) status; informal community groups are welcome. However, projects must serve the broader community and cannot benefit individual residential properties.
Applicants can request up to $500 in funding, which is provided on a reimbursement basis. A 20% match is required to demonstrate investment in the project. This match can be made in cash, volunteer hours, or donated resources such as space or supplies. To be eligible, projects must not be completed before the application is submitted and must be finished by December 31, 2025.
Applications for the 2025 grant cycle will open on March 1 and must be submitted by March 31, 2025. Due to limited funding, grants will be awarded competitively, with decisions made by May 1. For projects that must occur before May 1, applicants are advised to contact the program team directly.
