Description

The City of Rowlett’s Arts and Humanities Commission is offering small grants to support the activities of cultural arts groups based in Rowlett. These grants are intended to promote cultural arts within the city, and recipients must provide at least one program or exhibit benefiting Rowlett residents during the grant year. Grant funding amounts are determined by the availability of funds.

Applications must clearly demonstrate how the grant funds will be used to promote cultural arts and enhance the community. Submissions will be reviewed by a sub-committee of the Arts and Humanities Commission, and selected recipients will be recognized during a City Council meeting.

The application deadline is January 17, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. Completed applications can be mailed, emailed, or delivered in person to Laura Tschoerner, Library Director and Staff Liaison for the Arts and Humanities Commission, at the Rowlett Public Library, 3900 Main Street Suite 200, Rowlett, TX 75088.
