Lee County is applying to the N.C. Department of Commerce for a 2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)-NR Project for $950,000 from the department’s Rural Economic Development Division community development funds.
Households with lower incomes who occupy substandard housing will be considered. The applicant must be the homeowner and must be the occupant of the home. Eligible applicants must be up to date on real estate taxes and have a clear title to the property.
