Description

The PA Arts and Culture Recovery Grant for Working Artists, offered by the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) through the Commonwealth Financing Authority (CFA), provides $3,000 in recovery funding to artists and creative entrepreneurs affected by income loss due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This one-time grant is designed to help support the financial recovery of individuals whose creative work was significantly impacted.

Eligible applicants must be full-time residents of Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Fayette, Somerset, or Westmoreland counties in Pennsylvania. Additionally, applicants must be active artists or creative entrepreneurs who earned the majority of their income from creative work in 2019, prior to the disruptions caused by the pandemic.
