Description

The City of Lawton’s Youth & Family Affairs Committee is calling on Lawton 501c3 organizations to apply for grant funding for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. The application period will take place from Monday, December 2, 2024 to Friday, January 31, 2025 and is specifically for local nonprofit organizations aiming to host programs for the City’s youth during the upcoming fiscal year (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026). This is a competitive grant opportunity and organizations must demonstrate through their application that their program will focus on at-risk youth, provide opportunities for life and/or career enhancing skills, increase the percentage of youth that stay in school, and promote academic or other non-athletic related activities and life skills. Required pre-application training will be held on November 26, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. in the Banquet Room of Lawton City Hall.
