Fountain Hills Community Foundation

This grant provides financial support to nonprofit organizations that serve youth, families, and seniors in Fountain Hills and nearby areas, helping them address community needs and enhance their impact.

Description

The Fountain Hills Community Foundation (FHCF) invites nonprofit organizations serving youth, families, and seniors in Fountain Hills and the surrounding areas to apply for a 2024 grant. Applications are accepted from June 1 to June 30 and are evaluated based on criteria such as community impact, need, effectiveness, feasibility, and sustainability. The maximum grant award is $5,000. Eligible applicants must be 501(c)(3) organizations that describe how they serve the Fountain Hills community.

The FHCF's Giving Committee will evaluate each application and make grant recommendations to the Foundation Board for approval. Grant awards will be distributed in October at the FHCF’s annual meeting. Since its formation in 1995, originally as the Sunridge Foundation, the FHCF has provided more than $1.5 million in financial support for local nonprofits, supporting educational, cultural, and humanitarian organizations within Fountain Hills and its surroundings.
