The fund has two annual application deadlines: April 1 and September 1. Once a grant request is submitted, applicants receive an email confirming receipt. Funding decisions are communicated in writing after the committee reviews applications. If awarded, grant funds are typically disbursed within 4 to 6 weeks following the committee meeting.

Recipients are required to submit periodic progress reports and a final report on funded projects. Applicants are instructed not to contact committee members directly regarding proposals or funding approaches, as all decisions are based solely on the materials provided in the application.
