Applicants must be a viable business (defined as having identified a business organizational structure, have a Tax ID # (EIN or Social Security # (e.g., sole proprietorship), have made a sale(s) & have business expense(s)). The business must be located & operated in Onslow County, NC. Nonprofits are not eligible to apply.
