The Gwen Ifill Mentorship Program for 2025, launched by the International Women’s Media Foundation (IWMF), aims to address the underrepresentation of diverse leadership in U.S. newsrooms. The program offers a unique professional development opportunity for women and nonbinary journalists from underrepresented backgrounds by pairing them with experienced mentors in the media industry.
