Description
The Round 19 Farmland Protection Implementation Grants (FPIG) Program supports Agricultural Conservation Easement Projects to maintain the economic viability of New York State’s agricultural industry and protect farmland from conversion to non-farm uses. With $47.25 million available, the program funds conservation easements, transaction costs, and stewardship fees. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until funds are exhausted.
