This grant aims to alleviate the financial burden associated with replacing or repairing broken or vandalized windows, thereby encouraging the maintenance of a safe and visually appealing business environment. Eligible applicants include brick-and-mortar businesses, non-profit organizations, and educational entities with 25 or fewer employees within the City of Albuquerque boundaries. The grant covers up to 80% of the total cost for window replacement or repair, with a maximum reimbursement of $5,000 per business, and an additional $1,000 for those using environmentally sustainable materials. The program is available until December 31, 2024, or until funds are exhausted.
