Description
Project Support Grants, replacing Spark the Arts Grants, assist North Carolina-based nonprofits producing and presenting specific arts programs that engage audiences and participants. Grants range from $5,000 to $15,000 and support programs in any artistic discipline, such as exhibitions, performances, festivals, artist residencies, and literary publications. Applications open on January 5, 2024, and are due by March 1, 2024. Eligible organizations must have a track record of producing high-quality programs for at least two years and prior-year organizational cash operating expenses of at least $20,000. Ineligible organizations include those receiving Sustaining Support for Arts Organizations grants or Statewide Service Organizations grants.
