Description
The Startup Runway Showcase is a pitch competition and investor introduction platform for businesses led by women and founders of color, headquartered in the United States, particularly those located outside of major startup hubs like New York, Boston, the Bay Area, and Seattle. The program targets startups beyond the idea stage, with a minimum viable product (MVP) and some customers, and excludes those who have raised over $200,000 or completed top national accelerators. The competition prioritizes scalable business models that fit venture capital criteria, such as software, apps, games, medical devices, healthcare innovations, software-enabled services, and new technology in any sector. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, but early submission is encouraged.
