This program recognizes and rewards innovative small and mid-sized businesses in the U.S. with cash prizes and valuable resources to enhance their growth and community impact.

Description

The CO—100 program, hosted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, celebrates the top 100 small businesses in America that exemplify innovation, growth, community impact, and excellence in company culture. This prestigious annual recognition highlights businesses across various industries that have made significant contributions to the American economy and their local communities. The 2025 application cycle for the CO—100 is announced as "coming soon," with detailed application information and forms expected to be released shortly.

Businesses selected for the CO—100 list gain extensive brand exposure, including features across national print, radio, and broadcast media outlets, as well as a dedicated business profile on the CO— platform. Honorees receive exclusive access to industry experts and networking opportunities with other top entrepreneurs through curated events and forums. Additionally, selected businesses enjoy VIP perks, such as invitations to exclusive experiences in Washington, D.C., and opportunities for national speaking engagements.

Applicants can nominate their business in up to five of the ten award categories, each celebrating different facets of business excellence. These categories include Growth Accelerators, Community Champions, Micro-Business Leaders, Champions of Adaptability, Customer Champions, Global Stars, Tech Innovators, Enduring Businesses, The Disruptors, and Culture Champions. This diverse range allows businesses of various sizes and sectors to compete based on their unique strengths and contributions.

Although the application form is not yet open for the 2025 cycle, interested businesses are encouraged to sign up for updates on the CO— website to receive notifications as soon as the application process begins. There is no direct financial award associated with being named to the CO—100; however, the program offers substantial value through publicity, credibility, and growth opportunities.
