The Ohio Valley Jaycees Charitable Fund is a donor-advised charitable fund administered by the Community Foundation for the Ohio Valley (CFOV), a tax-exempt, publicly supported organization that manages charitable funds and provides grants and scholarships to qualified nonprofits and students in the Upper Ohio Valley.

Eligibility Criteria 

Organizations can apply for funding if they provide services in one or all the following areas: Ohio and Marshall Counties in West Virginia and Belmont County in Ohio.
Applicants must be recognized as 501(c)(3) organizations, classified as public charities under Code Section 509(a), or partner with a nonprofit fiscal agent. Qualified charities include charitable, religious and educational organizations, school districts, public libraries and other government-affiliated organizations. They do not recommend grants for distribution for individuals or for-profit endeavors.
