This funding opportunity supports nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and educational institutions in New Hampshire to implement projects that promote healthy aging and health equity for marginalized populations.

Program: Advancing Healthy Aging for All
Funder: The Endowment for Health
Award Details: The grant range is typically between $1,000 and $20,000. The grant term is typically one year or less and one-time funding. A final report is required at the end of the grant period.
Eligibility: Nonprofit organizations that are tax-exempt under the Internal Revenue Code, government agencies, schools, colleges, and universities in New Hampshire. Grants will not be awarded to individuals or out-of-state projects. Ongoing operating expenses, equipment purchases, sponsorships for events/conferences, capital campaigns and/or fundraising events, lobbying activities, sectarian or religious programs, and directly or indirectly supporting political activities are generally not eligible.
Other Relevant Information: Priority will be given to projects that advance health equity for marginalized populations, leverage resources including other funding, address urgent needs with compelling cases of seriousness and urgency, have realistic and measurable outcomes, demonstrate the applicant's ability to successfully implement the project, involve collaboration with other organizations if applicable, demonstrate sustainability if applicable, and serve a wide geographic area of New Hampshire and/or a significant population of NH residents.
