The City of Everett has opened applications for its 2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Affordable Housing Trust Funds (AHTF 2060), and HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME). The funding aims to support community development, affordable housing, and related services. Applicants must submit their applications through AmpliFund, the city’s grant management software, by Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at 12:00 PM (noon).
The estimated available funding amounts are as follows:
CDBG: $775,000, of which $116,250 is allocated for public services (e.g., youth programs, mental health services) and $503,750 for non-public services (e.g., housing, economic development).
AHTF 2060: $140,000, dedicated to affordable housing initiatives.
HOME: $400,000, to support affordable housing development and preservation.
These grants will prioritize projects addressing community needs as identified in the City’s 2025 Annual Action Plan and 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan, focusing on areas such as:
