GRCHF Targeted Grants Program

The Greater Rochester Community Health Foundation Targeted Grants Program is designed to support nonprofit organizations that aim to enhance access to mental health, behavioral health, and substance use disorder services, as well as early education, child care, housing, and transportation for residents of Strafford County, New Hampshire.
