Strong proposals will include collaboration between artists and SUD subject matter experts that use evidence-based techniques. For examples and ideas, read more here. Programs that are youth-oriented and/or center racial equity will be prioritized.

Eligibility Criteria
Eligible artists:
Are 18 years of age or older.
Are able to provide a Social Security Number (SSN), Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) or A-Number/USCIS Number.
Are a resident of, and/or work predominantly in, Marion County.
Eligible organizations:
Have 501(c)(3) nonprofit status.
Are Indianapolis-based and physically headquartered in Marion County.
Must include artist(s) in their program or project and provide them with equitable fees for their work.
