The John C. Lasko Foundation Trust supports the construction of worship spaces in churches nationwide. Grants are exclusively for the sanctuary portion of the church building and cannot be used for other areas such as fellowship halls, classrooms, offices, kitchens, or baptisteries. Churches must own the land and fund at least 50 percent of the project costs. Applications are due by September 30, with Phase 1 notifications in October. Selected applicants must submit a full proposal by November 30, with final decisions made by January 31 of the following year. The maximum grant is 50 percent of the sanctuary construction cost.
