Description

The Good Idea Mini Grant program by the Sauk County Arts & Culture Committee aims to support the creative endeavors of Sauk County artists, craftspeople, musicians, writers, historians, and non-profit arts, humanities, or historic preservation organizations. The goal is to culturally enrich the communities within Sauk County. Grants are awarded up to $500. Applications are accepted monthly until all program funds are depleted. Submissions are due by the second Friday of each month, and the committee reviews them on the fourth Monday. The program's guidelines provide criteria for evaluating applications.

The program stipulates that recipients of the Good Idea Grant cannot apply for additional grants within the same year, and a final report on the use of the grant is required. Additionally, applicants who have received an Arts, Humanity, and Historic Preservation (AHHP) grant in the same calendar year are ineligible.
