The Charlie and Tennie Allison Gibbs Charitable Fund provides grants to charitable organizations and government entities in North Carolina's Transylvania County for the purchase of equipment to aid in hearing, medical treatment, or other forms of therapy for the deaf or hearing-impaired. The fund does not support sectarian religious or partisan political purposes, endowment funds, deficit funding, festivals, one-time events, or activities occurring before grant decisions are made.
