DeKalb County Community Foundation Emergency Grants in Illinois are available to support community needs, with some restrictions. These grants do not cover general operating expenses, ongoing program costs, direct personnel expenses for ongoing programs, budget shortfalls, direct financial assistance to individuals, costs for services outside of DeKalb County, sectarian or religious purposes, political campaigns or attempts to influence legislative issues, transportation, competition, awards or field trips for schools or organizations.
