The Creative Business Boost Initiative 2025
This initiative provides $5,000 grants to creative entrepreneurs in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and D.C. to help them grow their businesses through financial support and an eight-week virtual coaching program.
Description
The Creative Business Boost Initiative, a collaborative effort between Hello Alice, the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN), and supported by Etsy’s Uplift Fund, is offering $5,000 grants to 100 creative entrepreneurs across the United States, including Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia. This initiative is specifically designed to empower individuals who contribute to the creative economy through their small businesses.
Selected recipients will not only receive financial support, but also gain access to Boost Camp, an exclusive eight-week virtual business coaching program. The camp provides educational resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses, increase capital access, and contribute to the cultural and economic vibrancy of their communities.
To be eligible, applicants must be the founder or leading executive of a for-profit business legally operating for at least 12 months. The business must be currently marketing at least one product or service and must be based in one of the 50 U.S. states, D.C., or Puerto Rico. Additionally, applicants must self-identify as creative entrepreneurs and agree to participate fully in the Boost Camp if selected.
Applications opened on March 31, 2025, and will close on May 9, 2025 at 6:00 PM ET. All applications must be submitted through Hello Alice’s platform. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered. Selected recipients will be notified by June 23, 2025, and the Boost Camp is scheduled to begin in the first week of July.
For further details, applicants are encouraged to review the full terms and conditions on the Hello Alice website. This opportunity provides both capital and community to help creative entrepreneurs scale their businesses effectively.
