The Jamestown Renaissance Corporation (JRC) has opened its 2025 Downtown Project Funding program to support the development of downtown Jamestown through grants for building and business improvements. This year includes a new Technical Assistance Grant, aimed at funding the planning stages of future projects. Pre-applications are due by November 25, 2024, with full applications due by December 16, 2024. Award decisions will be announced by January 17, 2025.

JRC’s work in downtown Jamestown focuses on advocacy, technical support, and financial incentives to revitalize the area. In partnership with local organizations, JRC promotes the Urban Design Plan, helping ensure that community voices shape downtown’s growth. JRC also offers technical assistance, from business planning insights to event logistics, and connects businesses to financial resources like grants, loans, and Historic Tax Credits to support sustainable renovations.
