Description

The Governor's Summer Merit Program (GSMP), administered by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), is designed to increase Texas high school students' familiarity with and access to postsecondary educational opportunities that lead to careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) fields. The program aims to create collaborative partnerships among Texas workforce development programs, TWC Vocational Rehabilitation, colleges and universities, and high schools.
