Impact100 Grants for Non-profit Organizations in New Jersey

Description
The Impact100 Garden State 2025 Grant Program offers $100,000 grants to support impactful initiatives by nonprofits in New Jersey. Applicants must be registered 501(c)(3) organizations, operational for at least two years, and provide audited or reviewed financial statements for the past two consecutive years. Applications are due by January 16, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST, with winners announced at the Annual Awards Meeting on June 11, 2025.
Proposals must serve residents in at least one of five eligible counties, and while collaborations are encouraged, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is required for joint applications. Faith-based organizations may apply, provided the services are non-proselytizing. The grant funds new or expanded initiatives, excluding sustaining operations. Applicants should demonstrate measurable outcomes, community impact, and a plan for sustainability beyond the funding period.
Required documents include a 501(c)(3) determination letter, IRS Form 990 (or an explanation if exempt), two years of audited/reviewed financial statements, and interim financial statements. Budgets must be detailed, transparent, and submitted using the provided template. Expenses prior to the award date are ineligible. Joint applications must meet additional criteria and submit financial documents for all partners.
