Grants are reviewed quarterly, with deadlines on March 5, June 4, September 3, and December 3, 2025. Additionally, applications intended for the Youth Advisory Council (YAC) must be submitted by March 31, with funding decisions announced in April. YAC applications follow the same grant guidelines, with a special focus on initiatives that benefit the youth of Tiffin and Seneca County.
