The Tiffin Community Foundation administers the White Family Charitable Fund, which provides funding to support charitable purposes that benefit the citizens of the City of Tiffin and Seneca County, Ohio. Grants are available to public and private organizations that are tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or those that are organized for a charitable purpose. The Foundation prioritizes applications that promote personal achievement, education, cultural diversity, community collaboration, and volunteerism. Certain types of funding requests are generally not supported by the Foundation. Applications must be submitted by mail to the Tiffin Community Foundation and can be requested by contacting the Foundation's administrator via email or phone. Grants are reviewed quarterly, with deadlines on March 5, June 4, September 3, and December 3, 2025. Additionally, applications intended for the Youth Advisory Council (YAC) must be submitted by March 31, with funding decisions announced in April. YAC applications follow the same grant guidelines, with a special focus on initiatives that benefit the youth of Tiffin and Seneca County.
