Eligible applicants include non-arts organizations, arts organizations, and local government entities located in one of the designated urban counties: Anderson, Blount, Bradley, Davidson, Hamilton, Knox, Madison, Maury, Montgomery, Putnam, Rutherford, Sevier, Shelby, Sullivan, Sumner, Washington, Williamson, or Wilson.
Funding awards range from $1,000 to $18,000 per organization, based on the project's merit in the review process and the availability of funds.
