It is particularly aimed at entities within the Umatilla Indian Reservation homeland, including Morrow, Umatilla, Union, and Wallowa counties in Oregon, and the Tribes Ceded Territory in Washington (Benton, Columbia, and Walla Walla Counties). Eligibility extends to government, Tribal, and non-profit organizations within these areas. Applicants must demonstrate that their project does not aim to supplement any existing or pending Wildhorse Foundation grants.
