Organizations are required to contribute at least half of the funds for the project or program. Leveraged grant applications are accepted twice a year, with only one grant awarded per organization each fiscal year. Prior to applying, organizations must submit a leveraged grant inquiry and those with open grants that have not submitted final reports are ineligible.
