Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to become a Patti Grace Smith Fellow, all of these things should be true about you:

You should be Black or African-American. If that’s the box you would check on your Census form, that works for us!
You should be a current student in a Bachelors Degree program or in any year of an Associates Degree program.
You should be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident.
You should be seeking your first ever paid summer internship in aerospace
