Details: The grant supports small- and medium-sized Colorado-based advanced industries technology businesses in their efforts to export or expand into new international markets. It provides reimbursement for international business development and marketing costs, including access to the Global Consultant Network for consulting support. Eligible businesses can apply for up to $15,000 or 50% of approved expenses. Eligible expenses include overseas trade missions, legal fees related to exporting goods or services, international marketing materials, compliance with international requirements, and more. To qualify, businesses must manufacture an advanced technology influencing one of Colorado's advanced industries, have headquarters in Colorado or at least 50% of employees based there, employ fewer than 200 globally, show a profit in the last fiscal year, be new to export or expanding to a new market, have at least two years of U.S. sales experience, be registered with the Colorado Secretary of State and in Good Standing, have a commercialized product or service ready for exportation.
