Description
The Early Educator Health and Wellness Grant, provided by thread and funded by the Municipality of Anchorage, supports early childhood educators in addressing burnout and building resilience. Open until December 14, 2024, the grant offers financial incentives for completing one or more training programs focused on self-care, stress management, and improving relationships with children and families. Eligible educators must work in licensed child care programs within Anchorage, be members of the Alaska SEED Registry, and meet additional criteria for certain trainings. Participants can receive $250 for completing the Building Resilience training, $150 for the Introduction to FAN, or $1,350 for the comprehensive FAN Level 1 Practitioner training.
