Tactical Technology Office (TTO) - Office Wide (OW) BAA
This grant seeks innovative proposals from a wide range of organizations, including universities and small businesses, to develop advanced technologies that enhance national defense capabilities.
Description
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Tactical Technology Office (TTO), is soliciting innovative proposals to advance national security through the demonstration of revolutionary platforms and systems. The focus areas include platform innovation, missionized autonomy, managing complexity, responsive manufacturing, and disruptive emergent technology. Proposals should focus on novel approaches that significantly advance science, devices, or systems, avoiding incremental improvements to existing technologies. DARPA encourages potential applicants to submit executive summaries before full proposals to gauge interest and ensure alignment with TTO priorities.
Funding will be awarded through various mechanisms, including procurement contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, and other transactions. Submissions will be evaluated based on scientific and technical merit, contribution to DARPA's mission, cost realism, schedule feasibility, and proposer capabilities. Multiple awards are anticipated. Proposals may be submitted at any time until June 20, 2025. DARPA will review all submissions based on the provided evaluation criteria.
