Grant Requirements 
All grant awards are subject to the following conditions:

Grantees may only use the grant funds in support of the project described in the grant obligation, and may not use the funds for any other purposes.
Each calendar year, a written report must be submitted, describing how the funds were actually deployed in connection with the project. Once all the grant funds are expended, a final report must be submitted describing how the funds were used.
They trust that grant awards are handled appropriately. However, if they determine that grant funds were spent for purposes unrelated to the project described in the grant, they have the right to ask for the return of any funds that were inappropriately spent.
