Description

The Wake County Community Foundation (WCCF) offers grants to local charitable organizations serving Wake and Durham counties. The foundation supports initiatives that strengthen the local community, family, education, and services for veterans and military personnel. Grants range from $500 to $1,000, with up to two organizations eligible for "Impact Grants" of up to $2,500. In 2023, WCCF awarded a total of $10,060 in grants. Eligible organizations must have annual budgets under $500,000 and be 501(c)(3) public charities, local governments, or religious entities providing community services.

The application period for these grants runs from June 28, 2024, to noon on July 30, 2024. Applications submitted after this deadline, including those delayed due to technical issues, will not be accepted. Interested applicants must use the North Carolina Community Foundation's (NCCF) online application system and adhere to the specified guidelines.
