Description
The North Dakota Council on the Arts (NDCA) offers the Community Arts Access (CAA) grant for the fiscal year 2026 (FY26). This grant provides financial support for arts activities to arts and non-arts organizations, as well as unincorporated groups. The grant aims to fund various arts activities such as art festivals, exhibitions, performance series, touring performances, or exhibits. It also supports stand-alone single-discipline or multidisciplinary arts projects of all forms. However, the CAA grant does not offer general operating support.
Applicants can request a minimum of $1,250 and a maximum of $4,000, with a required 25% match for the grant. The program is designed to foster diverse artistic expressions and cultural engagement in the community, making arts accessible to a broader audience. The CAA grant is a competitive opportunity, and the applications are reviewed by a panel.
The grant program has two application rounds for FY26. Round 1 has a deadline of April 10, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. CST, while Round 2 has a deadline of September 4, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. CST. For each round, panel meetings will take place after the respective deadlines. Round 1's panel meeting is scheduled for May 21, 2025, and Round 2's panel meeting will be held on October 15, 2025.
