Description

The Perry County Community Foundation has launched the 2025 Perry County Ice Storm Relief Grant to address the severe impact of the January 5, 2025, ice storm that caused widespread damage in Perry County. This emergency grant round aims to assist with the anticipated high cleanup costs. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and are reviewed weekly on Tuesdays. Grants will be awarded as funds are available, and the program will conclude no later than May 1, 2025, at 11:45 PM or earlier if all funds are allocated.

Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) organizations and other IRS-approved entities such as government agencies, school districts, and churches serving Perry County. Applicants can request between $1,000 and $5,000 for emergency relief efforts. Organizations may reapply for additional funding if needed.

The grant committee of the Perry County Community Foundation will review applications and make funding decisions.
