The program offers a range of benefits and services to help eligible workers prepare for and obtain suitable employment. This includes job training, income support, job search and relocation allowances, and assistance with healthcare premium costs. State and local workforce agencies implement the TAA Program and ensure participants have access to a comprehensive array of reemployment services through American Job Centers.
