Minnesota: Facade Improvement Grant Program is a grant opportunity funded by the Economic Development Authority in collaboration with the Police and Community Development departments. The program aims to encourage businesses and commercial property owners within the City’s central business district to revitalize, rehabilitate, and restore exterior storefronts.
