Region 8: Creative Sector Flex Fund

$5,000
Private
The Foundation for Enhancing Communities

This funding opportunity provides $5,000 to small arts organizations in Pennsylvania to support their administrative and program-related expenses, requiring a matching cash contribution.

Description

The Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) is offering the Creative Sector Flex Fund (CSFF) for the 2024-2025 grant cycle. This grant supports Pennsylvania arts organizations with average annual revenue between $10,000 and $200,000 by providing $5,000 grants. The funds can be used flexibly for administrative, programmatic, and project-related expenses. This program replaces the retired Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts' Entry to Program Stream and Program Stream grants, reflecting PCA’s strategic alignment with industry trends.
Eligible applicants include nonprofit, tax-exempt corporations, or local government units located in Pennsylvania. The application period opens on June 1, 2024, and closes on September 1, 2024. Projects must occur between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2026. The grants require a dollar-for-dollar cash match.
Applicants may request a draft review of their application up to 2 weeks prior to the deadline. To request a draft review contact the Community Investment Team, at grants@tfec.org.
