Managing and Deescalating Challenging Behaviors in Hospital and Congregate Settings ECHO OMH124.The Office of Mental Health (OMH) announces the availability of funds for the procurement of a contracted mental health learning collaborative program: Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) to take place over the course of five years. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to support behavioral health providers in managing the safety of staff and patients with complex behavioral health needs through a cost-effective & efficient training collaborative that provides case conferencing and didactic lessons related to violence and other difficult behavioral symptoms. All proposals to this RFP must be submitted through the SFS. No hard copy or electronic (email) submissions will be accepted. Instructions for this can be found in Section 2.10 of the RFP. All applicants must be Prequalified by the due date and time for this RFP.
