Superior Health Foundation

This funding opportunity supports innovative health-focused projects in the Upper Peninsula, aimed at improving community well-being through initiatives led by students, local groups, and individuals.

Description

The Superior Health Foundation is currently accepting applications for Pilot Project Grants, previously known as mini-grants, designed to fund small, innovative health-centered projects within the Upper Peninsula. This grant opportunity is open to students (with an adult sponsor), neighborhood groups, local clubs, non-profits, and any individuals aiming to enhance the quality of life in their community through charitable health-centered initiatives. These grants are meant to support projects that align with SHF’s mission to assist with unmet healthcare needs, health education, and the promotion of health through prevention and research. Preference will be given to projects that are health-centered, innovative, expected to have visible and lasting benefits for the region, capable of benefiting a significant number of citizens, and have substantial support from other businesses, groups, or individuals. There is no deadline for applications; submissions are welcomed at any time.
