Applicants must submit a complete application via the county’s virtual portal by the deadline, which will be specified in the application instructions. Each application is evaluated by the Non-County Agency Funding Committee, which reviews requests and recommends funding allocations to the Board of Commissioners. Approved funding will be incorporated into the County Manager’s Recommended Budget and finalized upon adoption by the Board of Commissioners. Agencies awarded funding will be notified within one week of the budget's adoption.

Funded organizations are required to sign a contract or memorandum of understanding and must meet specific reporting requirements. Reports are due January 15 and July 15, including financial statements prepared by an accounting professional. Agencies receiving $25,000 or more must provide audited financials, while those receiving less than $25,000 may submit compiled financials approved by their board.
