The Lintilhac Foundation is focused on supporting projects within Vermont in several core areas: land conservation with emphasis on recreational access and land use planning, healthy food and farming with a focus on regenerative organic agriculture, water quality focusing on advocacy and scientific research, and energy with a special focus on renewable energy policies. Grants range from $5,000 to $30,000 for project support and general operating expenses over a one-year period. Legacy Giving areas include Women’s Reproductive Health and Media and Civic Engagement, with selections made by trustees without accepting unsolicited proposals. The foundation does not support individuals, churches, unsolicited capital campaigns outside core areas, multiple proposals from the same organization in a year, or site visits.
Grant renewed every year. Annual application deadlines: March 15th, June 15th, September 15th, December 15th.
