Details:
The purpose of the RFP is to provide law enforcement agencies with modern vehicle pursuit management technology, including, but not limited to global positioning system tracking equipment, automated license plate reading technology, aircraft, and non-armed and non-armored drone technology.
Funding Information
COMMERCE has budgeted an amount not to exceed $1,425,000 in total for this RFP. To distribute the funding broadly throughout Washington, maximum amounts for each Proposal were identified based on agency size as follows:
Agency Size/Maximum Amount:
1 to 50 Peace Officers: $50,000.
50 to 100 Peace Officers: $100,000.
100 to 150 Peace Officers: $150,000.
150 to 200 Peace Officers: $200,000.
200+ Peace Officers: $250,000.
Funding Period
July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualifications include:
Must be a law enforcement agency, as defined in RCW 10.116.010(1), or consortium of law enforcement agencies that did not receive an award under the first phase of this program RFP # S24-34444-001 (the Law Enforcement Vehicle Pursuit Technology RFP for state fiscal year 2024).
