The Valentine Foundation’s Visionary Leadership Fund supports leadership development for women, girls, and non-binary individuals in the Greater Philadelphia region. This grant is specifically aimed at current and aspiring leaders from historically underrepresented groups, including Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), LGBTQ+, and individuals with disabilities. Grants are awarded to nonprofit organizations that nominate eligible individuals for leadership initiatives, enabling them to strengthen their leadership skills and contribute to social change.

Eligible organizations must have at least one paid staff member, serve at least 70% women, girls, or non-binary individuals, and operate in the Greater Philadelphia area. Applications are submitted online and include information about the organization, the nominated individuals, and the proposed leadership initiative. Grants do not support graduate degree programs or initiatives that solely provide direct service without a social change component.
