The Hanover Life Squad, Inc. Fund was established in 1999 to support fire and emergency services in Butler County, Ohio, particularly those serving Hanover, Millville, and Reily Townships. Grants from this fund can be used for equipment purchases, staffing, training, and supplies. Organizations are encouraged to provide matching funds for the amount requested. Preference is given to departments on Butler County's west side.

Grants range from $500 to $10,000 and are reviewed quarterly. Applications are due on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31. Eligible applicants must be 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, and a completed Grant Outcome Evaluation Report must be submitted before a new application is considered.
