Organizations applying for this grant must be based in King County, Washington, and have at least two years of experience providing programming that serves underserved teens. Similar to the Career Pathways Grant, the requested amount for this program should not exceed 49% of the total program budget.

For both grants, the application process requires detailed proposals submitted online. Applicants must outline their program goals, objectives, and the specific activities they intend to fund. Additional technology requirements, if any, should be mentioned in the proposal. Although it is not a requirement, applicants may also apply for future funding based on demonstrated success in previous cycles.
